Bounty Board Modification: NFT for WETH/ETH

Currently the Bounty Board is built to mint users $ALBUM tokens in exchange for select NFTs. This modification would allow the Album to give NFT owners an opportunity to receive ETH/WETH in exchange for the select NFTs instead. Somewhat of a decentralized means of purchasing via bounty!
